Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 can tomatoes
    1/3 c. water
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Steam onion, garlic, celery and pepper in bacon fat.
    Add flour, salt, chili powder and sugar and brown like gravy.
    Add water and simmer a few minutes.
    Add tomatoes and vinegar and cook about 15 minutes.
    Add cooked shrimp.
    Serve on rice.
