Ann Hines' Spinach And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in casserole and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    If you double, use 5 packages of spinach.
