Mexican Style Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. tortilla chips
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Line the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish with tortilla chips. Flatten chips with palm of hand. Put cooked ground beef on top of chips. Mix soups and Ro-Tel and pour over meat layer. Slice cheese and use as top layer. Heat at 350 until hot and cheese is melted.
