Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut
potatoes
into quarters.
Combine potatoes, flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
Shake
in
a
bag.
Melt butter in a long baking dish.
Place potatoes in dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn
potatoes
after 30 minutes.
When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
