Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt, celery seed and mustard seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cabbage; let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze out liquid.
    Mix cabbage, pepper, carrot and celery.
    Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, celery and mustard seed.
    Bring to boil for 1 minute. Cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture; package to freeze.
    When defrosting, do it in refrigerator.
