Swiss Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flounder fillets (fresh or frozen)
    pepper and salt
    paprika
    flour
    margarine or butter
    4 slices imported Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Grease baking dish.
    Pepper and salt fish fillets.
    On each fillet, place 2 slices Swiss cheese.
    Cover with 2 remaining fillets.
    Flour lightly and sprinkle paprika.
    Dot with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for at least 15 minutes or until fish flakes off easily.
    Makes 2 servings.
