Cheese Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
dash of garlic salt
little bit of hot sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
ground pecans
Preparation

Grind cheese; mix all together.
Add hot sauce, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce with cheese.
Roll into logs and roll in pecans that have some paprika and chili powder in it. Refrigerate.
