Eggless Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In
saucepan
bring
to
boil,
water and raisins, then simmer 10
minutes.
Add
butter
and set aside to cool.
Mix flour, sugar,
soda,
salt,
cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend well into raisin mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
