Sweet Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 bell peppers (red and green for color)
    hot peppers as desired (to make HOT use 50 to 100 any kind of hot peppers)
    9 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
Preparation
    Chop all peppers and onions fine (I use a food processor). Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain water.
    Add sugar, salt and spices (put spices in a bag).
    Add vinegar. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Remove spices.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
