Mexican Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork roast
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (26 oz.) can green chilies
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    tortillas
Preparation
    Put meat in crock-pot.\tChop garlic and place on top of meat. Chop onion and place on top of meat.
    Pour tomatoes and green chilies
    into crock-pot.
    Slice tomatoes and chilies if desired. Add ground cumin.
    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
