Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. Karo
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix the flour, shortening and sugar to crumbs.
    In another bowl, combine the water, baking soda, Karo, molasses and egg.
    Put half of the crumbs in liquid.
    Mix. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Bake in two 9-inch unbaked pie shells at 375\u00b0.
