Apple Or Berry Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large apples, sliced thin or 4 to 5 c. berries
    2/3 can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. cardamon
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Cook cornstarch and apple juice over medium heat, stirring with wire whip until thickened.
    Add sugars and butter; stir.
    Add spices.
    Add sliced apples.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0 the first 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for the rest of the baking time.
