German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced potatoes (warm)
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    To potatoes, add the oil and let stand 1/2 hour.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and serve warm or cold.
