Corned Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    3 spring onions
Preparation
    Dice bell pepper and onions.
    Mix corned beef, cottage cheese, horseradish, bell pepper and onions.
    Form into a ball and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
    Coat with cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
