Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle condensed milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Bake for 15 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 35 or 40 minutes, or until knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
