Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 medium onion, diced or chopped
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. crushed saltines
    1/2 c. catsup
    about 1/2 to 3/4 c. cold water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.
