Hot Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drain reserving 2/3 c. juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube oleo, melted
Preparation

Put pineapple in 9-inch round or square baking dish.
Mix with cheese.
Mix together juice, flour and sugar and pour over pineapple.
Spread Ritz crackers over top. Melt 1 cube of oleo and pour over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (uncovered).
