Veg-All Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked noodles
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 can Veg-All
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender in 1 1/2 quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt has been added.
    Lightly brown the onion in margarine.
    Add the ground beef; cook slowly until brown. This will take about 10 minutes.
    Blend in the flour.
    Add Veg-All, including the liquid.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into greased baking dish; bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
