Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 small onion, finely cut
    1/2 green pepper, finely cut
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add taco mix, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, dry mustard and beans.
    Put in baking dish.
    Combine sour cream and chili powder; spread on top of meat mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese has thoroughly melted.
