Chicken Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices bread, diced
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place the chicken pieces in a single layer.
    In a small bowl, combine the diced bread, eggs and milk.
    Cover the chicken with the mixture, then cover the bread mixture with the corn bread stuffing mix.
    In another bowl, combine the chicken broth and melted butter.
    Stir to blend.
    Pour over the corn bread stuffing mix.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Serve with chicken gravy, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
