Blueberry Take-Along Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. fresh blueberries or thawed pack of frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until in very fine particles.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth and thick.
    Spread batter into well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle berries over top.
    Combine Streusel ingredients and mix until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over berries.
