Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 to 2 carrots
    1 celery stalk
    1 large (16 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 garlic clove
    3/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Chop onion, carrots and celery fine.
    Crumble sausage and ground chuck together and brown.
    Add onion, carrots and celery. Make a place in center of meat to put chopped garlic to allow to fry in grease.
    Drain grease off meat.
    Pour into slow cooker.
    Add parsley, oregano, basil, bay leaf and tomato puree.
    Add about 1/2 soup can of water.
    Simmer 2 to 4 hours.
