Sesame Wheat Crisps - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter, softened
6 - 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle water evenly over surface; stir with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened. Shape into a ball. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 3X 1 1/2 inch rectangles, and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 375 degrees for 12 to 14
minutes or until golden brown.
