Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly butter, sugar and eggs.
    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; stir in.
    Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake until lightly browned but soft.
    These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in a moderate hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
