Gourmet Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and flattened
1 to 2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. pkg. stuffing, crushed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Rinse chicken.
In a nonmetallic container, combine next 5 ingredients.
Add chicken and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, up to 24 hours.
