Seasoned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. rice
    3 to 4 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
    water as needed
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a casserole dish; add onions, rice, bouillon and 2 to 3 cups water.
    Mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir once in a while and add water as needed.
