Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. yeast (dry)
1 Tbsp. bacon grease or oil
5 c. flour
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix water and yeast; let stand while you mix dry ingredients together.
Add yeast mixture and oil to dry ingredients.
Grease another large bowl and put mixture in it.
Cover and let rise in warm place.
Knead down and place in rolls.
Let rise again.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
