Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
    Set aside. Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
    Slowly add dry mixture.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Beat in carrots.
    Pour batter into two 8-inch greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake until center springs up when touched.
    Cool layers.
    Put filling between layers and frost top of cake.
