Hannah'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together well.
    Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder together; blend with egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done about 30 - 35 minutes.
    Insert toothpick in center to check for doneness.
    If toothpick comes out clean, cake is done.
