Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour.
Mix. Add apples and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top of cake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
