Zucchini Dollar Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram

Preparation

Mix zucchini,
egg yolks and rest of ingredients except egg whites.
Beat
egg\twhites\tstiff
and
fold into zucchini mixture.
Fry to golden brown.
If necessary, use more flour.
