Meringue Shells Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add salt to egg whites.
Beat until fairly stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Add vanilla and fold in nuts.
Drop by large serving spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Make hole in middle.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 250\u00b0 oven until firm and dry.
Fill with anything you like: whipped cream with Heath bar shavings is very good.
Make any size you want by varying size dropped, so long as you make shell for filling.
