Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped lettuce
    chopped onions
    chopped green peppers
    chopped celery
    cauliflower (tear in pieces)
    cucumbers, sliced
    green peas (canned), drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar or substitute
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in glass
    bowl
    in
    order listed.
    Mix mayonnaise and sugar.
    Spread on top of salad.
    Put cheese and bacon on top of
    mayonnaise mixture.
    Cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
