Ingredients

4 breast quarters
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
2/3 c. white wine vinegar
2/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
Preparation

In a small saucepan, place vinegar, water, margarine, Texas Pete, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil. Marinate the chicken for 2 to 3 hours before grilling for better flavor.
Brush sauce on chicken on prepared grill, skin side up, about 8-inches from heat.
Cook, turning and basting liberally with sauce every 5 to 10 minutes, probably only have to cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease.
