Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. broken nut meats
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
Preparation
    Mix altogether; pour into large, greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool.
    Frost.
    May be frozen without frosting.
    Also good with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
