Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 can mixed vegetables with juice (I use Veg-All)
Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown the ground beef; drain off grease and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or Pyrex dish (or 3-quart casserole).
Mix together the soups and 1 can of water, then stir in the mixed vegetables, including juice.
Pour this mixture over the ground beef.
Top with a layer of Tater Tots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
