Corn Flake Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. shredded coconut (optional)
    2 1/2 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend the butter and sugars thoroughly. Add egg and beat well.
    Add the nuts, coconut (if desired) and corn flakes; mix well.
    Shape cookies using a tablespoon and pressing filled spoon against side of bowl.
    Then drop lightly on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies, 49 calories each.
