Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. bag frozen cleaned, shelled shrimp
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Simmer all but shrimp 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp and heat.
    Serve over cooked rice.
