Velvet Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 sandwich cookies
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 can cherry filling (optional)
Preparation
    Blenderize cookies to crumbs.
    Add butter, melted.
    Put into pie tin and press to sides for a crust.
    Put aside.
