Sweet Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
small bottle Thousand Island dressing
small jar peach preserves
small can chunky pineapple
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 green pepper

Preparation

Mix dressing, soup mix and peach preserves.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Add salt and pepper.
Add pineapple and green pepper on top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0, uncovered.
Serve with rice.
