Onion And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large Vidalia onions, sliced
6 large white potatoes
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt on meat
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Season meat and brown in oil.
Remove any excess fat.
Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
Make alternate layers of potatoes, onions and meat.
Pour mushroom soup on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cover casserole with foil and remove the foil after 30 minutes.
Continue baking for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
