Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken breast, boned and skinned
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rinse the chicken and coat with flour.
    Cook in a large skillet with oil over medium heat, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
    Add bell pepper and cook about 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms and pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
    Cover and simmer 25-35 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
