Japanese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into eighths
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. sherry or vermouth
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, ketchup, sherry and garlic.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Place chicken in marinade.
    Marinate in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours, turning the chicken occasionally.
    Transfer chicken to baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until chicken is cooked through.
    Serves 4.
