Hamburg Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown gravy
    2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 cans bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    In large skillet, fry hamburg and onion until meat is light brown.
    Add salt, pepper, celery, onion and water.
    Bring to a boil and cover.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add rinsed bean sprouts and heat.
    In separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons water, soy sauce, sugar and gravy.
    Add to meat and stir until thickened.
