Cheese-Sprinkled Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can red (light) kidney beans
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder or less
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook ground chuck and onion until brown; add flour, salt, pepper and water, stirring to thicken.
    Add soup, kidney beans and chili.
    Serve with sprinkled-on grated Cheddar. May be served with corn bread or saltines.
    Recipe doubles easily.
