Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. and 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. self rising flour
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
nutmeg
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and eggs well.
Add milk and margarine.
Mix well with mixer.
Pour into pie shells.
Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
Bake on lower rack at 350\u00b0 until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
