Creamy Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch celery
    2 (8 oz.) softened pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2 Tbsp. minced capers
    1 tsp. anchovy paste
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Separate celery into ribs; clean.
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and butter until smooth.
    Add capers, anchovy paste, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Fill stalks with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
    Serves 6.
