Moc Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. oleo
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. corn syrup
2/3 c. rolled oats (not instant)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked frozen crust
Preparation

Thaw pie shell, prick with fork.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into shell.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set. *Note - this does not contain the fat that pecan pie has but is a good substitute.
Serve with low fat whipped topping.
