Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. unbaked cheesecake mix
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Stir in fruits and nuts. Pour half of mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Chill until firm. Store the rest of the jello mixture at room temperature.
