Pineapple-Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned apricots
    1 c. cooked pineapple
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
Preparation
    Combine the fruit, cornstarch and sugar.
    Pour into a pastry lined pie pan; dot with the butter and adjust the top crust. Prick crust and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes.
